Answer
When you encounter that power LED is alway turn-on after system is shutdown. This symptom may be caused by system shutdown improperly. This is becuase the M/B comes with a "Forced Shutdown Alert" feature. When the system is shutdown abnormally , the M/B will leave the power LED on. This reminds users to perform a normal shutdown to prevent data lost or OS corruption in the long term.
