Why I installed Windows 2000 Professional failed when I use Toshiba HDD(MK2018GAP) 20GB HDD?

Please update A901 2002/06/06 BIOS and follow the steps as below:
1. Enter BIOS Setup screen
2. Choose Advance CMOS Setup item
3. Change HDD mode from 5 to 4 in BIOS in the setup item
4. Install Windows 2000
5. Install Service Pack 2
6. Change the mode in BIOS setup screen back to mode 5.
