Why did the system hang up after I connected an USB card reader with USB2 connector?

1.Please refer to the user manual of PT800CE-A on page 25 and confirm the card reader is connected with USB header properly according to the pin assignment.
2. Please download the latest BIOS to update it from the following link. (Download -> BIOS)
