Why does Gigabyte Radeon 9550 not work well on K7VTA3 V6.0?

Answer
This is a limitation of Radeon 9550 VGA card which comes with a pull-up resistor on clock PIN & that causes system clock generator’s H/W trap error & then system can’t work well.
