Question Title
There is no option to set CPU and memory speed to 533/333 (133/166) in the BIOS 9/20/2002.

Answer
Update BIOS V021018 to shows 133/133.
PS: PCB7.0 does support 533MHz, and PCB5.0 does support 400MHz (but doesn't support 133MHz/133MHz). PCB7.0 is fine tuned for 533MHz.
