Question Title
Even if system is off, numlock key remains lit up on P6VXAT with BIOS V1.1 .

Answer
We used to reserve 5V SB for the keyboard power on function. As the 686B chipset is unable to fully support the keyboard power on function, we removed this function from our BIOS but the hardware designation remained. That is why the NumLock LED always is on after the system is shut down.
