Question Title
The network connection links down randomly and intermittently, how do I fix it?

Answer
If you have got chance being encountered below symptom in a network environment with some certain hubs/switches , please check following solution for this symptom with Intel® 82578DC Gigabit Ethernet PHY.

Symptom:
Network connection links down randomly and intermittently. Connection icon will be disabled and pop up a message, “A network cable is unplugged” at the right bottom corner like Windows XP. The symptom just appears in a short time then link up again soon.

Solution:
1. Set the "Speed and Duplex" to fix according to hubs/swtich supported.
2. Suggest user upgrade Intel LAN driver to version 16.5.
