Is it possible to upgrade my RAM to DDR3 and compatible to this motherboard?

Answer
This motherboard just support DDR2 667/800 MHz memory but DDR3 memory.
The Memory Qualified Vendors List (QVL) have been tested and qualified for use with this motherboard.
