with your kind help we managed to certify for XP and 2000 both theP4IBMS and the P4IBAS. thank you to everyone for your assistance.now, there is another issue we have just discovered.both boards have similar problem in that the SMBIOS is not properlyreporting the number of PCI slots. you can see this through WMI (partof the OS) or through your DMICFG utility.the on-board options like NIC appear to be listed as taking a PCIslot.when we populate one of the PCI slots it is reported as taking twoslots.there are other problems around the reporting of the available PCIslots.
