The scandisk symptom is very easily to be duplicated here , but thereare specail items for duplicate the scandisk problem , the items need includes 1.W2k Spain version ,2.Image from HDD copy machine (install from CD-Tile is no problem ),3.ICH2 B1 (ICH2 B0 is OK) .
