General FAQ

Question
How to support dual channel in RAM?

Answer
Dual channel supported requires a dual channel capable motherboard and two or more DDR, DDR2, or DDR3 memory modules. The memory modules are installed into matching banks, which are usually color coded on the motherboard. If the motherboard has two pairs of differently colored DIMM sockets, please refer to its manual for installing the memory modules sequence. We recommend users to use the same brand, capacity, speed modules for best dual channel operation.
