General FAQ

Question
Why I cannot see the disk name when I installed a whole new HDD?

Answer
When you install a whole new HDD or under Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7, you may not be able to see any partition or disk volume of the new installed HDD under your computer. Please right click "Computer" icon and select "Manage" for entering "Computer Management" interface, then click "Disk Management" of "Storage". You will see all available disk and partitions as the picture below. Then find the one and right click "Unallocated" to create "New Partition”, and then follow the guiding steps to finish it.
