At first be sure there is a 4-Pin CPU fan you installed in motherboard. Please press“Del”key into CMOS Setup after starting the computer, access“PC Health Status”to enable“CPU SMART Fan Control”, there are four options of“Normal/Quiet/Silent/Manual”showing in“Smart Fan Mode”section for varying degrees reduce the noise produced by the CPU fan, you can select any of them, then Save & Exit Setup.
