Answer
When you install a new CPU and power on system. The screen shows " CPU Unkown" message. It may get reasons as below.
1. The CPU may not be supported as well.
2. The CPU is supported and need to upgrade BIOS to make it work properly.
Here is the way to check the CPU support. Please check the CPU support AVL of the model at ECS website. If it is in the list, please check the latest BIOS for update.
