When you set up for Windows Virtual PC, it needs to enable Intel Virtualization Technology or AMD‐V feature in the BIOS. Customer may receive an error message said that processor virtualization is not enabled despite enabling processor virtualization in the BIOS or that Microsoft Hardware Virtualization is not available when enabling both Intel trusted execution technology (TXT) and virtualization at the same time. As a workaround, Microsoft recommends that customers turn‐off trusted execution when enabled processor virtualization.
