What are SLI and CrossFireX for? Are there any recommended Intel platforms which are SLI certified?

Answer
Scalable Link Interface(SLI) is a brand name for a multi-GPU solution developed by NVIDIA for linking two or more video cards together to produce a single output for improving graphics performance.
CrossfireX(previously known as Crossfire) is a brand name for a multi-GPU solution developed by AMD, originally developed by ATI. The technology allows two or more video cards to be used in a single output to improve graphics performance.

 For Intel chipset platform, the below ECS's motherboards can support SLI feature. We recommend you to choose the below motherboards to configure SLI.
